One of the most important subjects for every person to understand is that you may be non-disabled right now, but that, statistically speaking, will not last. Human bodies are fragile in multiple ways, and sometimes we develop health issues that can impact our sexuality. There’s a few things that impact your odds of disability, but in general a third of the population will face some long term disability issues, and those issues can and will effect whether or not you can still fuck. Sex and disability are issues that will likely impact you or your sexual partners in your lifespan, and the chances only go up as you age.

Sex and Disability

Mobility limiting disabilities obviously effect how you fuck. If you can’t hold your partner up against the wall and give it to them real good, there are accomodations that can be made to help you out! If you listened to the December 7, 2025 Whore School episode on BDSM Play Furniture, you know I focused quite a bit on sex swings, sex slings, and sex pillows. In addition to just being fun to play with, all those things can help make sex with a disabled partner possible! More comfortable, easier to get into position and stay that way, and just generally useful little pillows, props, slings, and, yes, assistive devices exist and should be used by both abled and disabled sexy perverts alike.

Premature Ejaculation and Disability

Not to be too erotic humiliation on main, but premature ejaculation, or other penis related health issues, can be disabling. Remember that a disability can be something like paralyzed and unable to walk or it could be dizzy if you stand too long or even  wrist issues due to carpal tunnel. There are types and levels of disability, and basically, to be disabled means (of a person) having a physical or mental condition that limits movements, senses, or activities. (That’s from the Oxford Dictionary disability definition, btw.) Anything that limits your ability to something is a disability. Premature ejaculation, ED, chronic limp dick, vaginosis, endometriosis, and other sexuality limiting illness of the genitalia all can be sexual disabilities.

Can You Still Fuck?!

If you have a disability, and want to know if you can still fuck, ask your healthcare provider. There are some conditions in which the doctor or nurse will look at you like you grew a second (or third) head and say ‘No, obviously, you cannot fuck! Don’t do anything that might make your stitches pop!’ Or elevate your blood pressure too far, tweak a joint, put weight on your body in unhealthy (for you) ways, or otherwise endanger your health. But, if your healthcare person says “duh, yeah, you can still fuck, have fun”, or, if they tell you that you’ll need to adjust the way you fuck, give me a call.
